What identification is required?
You must present your original physical Passport or National ID. Digital copies or photos are not accepted by monument security.
Are children required to have tickets?
Yes, every visitor regardless of age must hold a valid ticket. Even infants must be registered in the official system for capacity control.
Can I change my visit date?
Tickets are nominal and non-refundable. Once issued by the Patronato, dates and names cannot be modified.
Is there a dress code for the palace?
There is no formal code, but we recommend respectful attire and comfortable walking shoes for the extensive stone gardens.
